You will also enjoy a tea tasting of several varieties of pure, unblended tea and develop a palate for tea appreciation, including the basics of comparing and judging the shape, the aroma, the colour, and the taste of the tea in its dried form and after infusion.

By the end of this session, you will have an understanding of the different categories of tea, basic tea tasting and judging skills, how oxidisation affects the taste of the tea, and how powerful tea has been in human history.
