The four-week course meets every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Cellars at Armadale Cellars for $259. It covers Champagne & Sparkling Wines, White wines, Red wines, and Dessert wines, with additional focus on ageing and cellaring. The course is interactive and designed for both novices and those wanting to deepen their knowledge.

Challenge events feature blind tastings of premium wines with varying quantities: the Shiraz Challenge includes 12 premium Shiraz and Syrah, the Champagne Challenge features 12 super premium Champagnes, the Chardonnay Challenge presents multiple New World and Old World examples, and the Pinot Noir Challenge offers 12 super-premium Pinot Noirs from multiple regions. All Challenge events include supper and cost between $159-$199.

The Premium Gin MasterClass at Little Lon includes a G&T welcome drink, tasting of 4 hand-crafted gins with paired tonic waters and garnishes, grazing of cheese and charcuterie boards, and a cocktail of your choice. The class covers the distillery's vapour infusion and maceration methods, the history of gin and genever, and the botanicals used. Classes run Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 3:00pm.

The One-Night Palate Trainer is a two-hour intimate course held at Armadale Cellars once per month from 6:30pm to 8:45pm for $79. Conducted by experienced wine industry presenters, it's designed for both novices and connoisseurs to gain understanding of their own palate and learn to identify wine faults that occur in approximately 1 out of 12 bottles.
