Coffee evaluation and analysis (9:30am - 11:00am):
ONA Coffee's Sensory Courses are designed for anyone who wants to learn more about how to taste, evaluate, and compare their coffees. No tasting experience is required, as this course will take you on a journey through exploring the flavours and textures that come with our coffee!

Master filter class (12pm - 3pm):
This advanced filter coffee class is designed for coffee enthusiasts who already have a foundational understanding of brewing but want to take their skills further by exploring secondary variables in brewing. For more information, please see the link below.

1. Cancellation before 48 hours:
If a cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the course commencement, a full refund (excluding a non-refundable account fee) will be provided.
2. Cancellation within 48 hours:
For Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time, no refund will be provided.
3. Transfer:
No course transferring is available for this bundle.
4. How to switch things up:
Please send us email via [email protected] to make any refund requests. Simply include your full name, class details, and why you need to make a change.
5. If we cancel the course:
In the rare circumstance that we have to cancel a class, you will be getting a full refund. Class fee and any account fee included.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$7.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
