No prior drawing skills are required—just enthusiasm and a sketchbook!

Over two Saturdays, you’ll meet with a professional artist and fellow students to practice observational drawing, perspective, and composition techniques. The journey begins in a classroom and quickly moves to outdoor locations like parks, cafes, and streets near Sydney’s CBD where you'll put your skills to use in real-life urban settings.

Optional colour work and alternate drawing materials may be incorporated depending on each student's prior experience and interests, with guidance from the tutor. Whether you're new to sketching or advancing existing skills, this course offers a comprehensive dive into the world of urban art.
