Step away from the stresses of daily life and reconnect with your body and breath in this Gentle Yoga for Wellness course. Based on the traditional principles of Hatha Yoga, this class blends mindful movement, breath control and relaxation techniques to support holistic wellbeing.
Designed as a safe and accessible introduction to yoga, this course is ideal for those recovering from injury or illness, as well as older participants or anyone seeking a slower, more supportive practice.
