Sneaker Making (Quilt Your Own Sneakers)
what students are saying
Saturday 28 February | 9:00am – 4:30pm
Ever dreamed of sewing your own custom sneakers? Join us for a fun, hands-on Make Your Own Sneakers Workshop, where you’ll learn the skills and techniques to create a unique pair of wearable shoes from scratch.
During this full-day class, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the sneaker-making process — from cutting and assembling through to finishing details. You’ll learn how to sew thicker materials, work with foam, set grommets, and assemble footwear components with confidence.
By the end of the day, you’ll head home wearing (or proudly carrying!) your very own handmade sneakers — and with the confidence to make more.
