We offer 5 buttercream-focused classes across two Western Australian locations (Malaga and Jandakot). Classes include Buttercream Basics for beginners, Buttercream Flower Cupcakes, Succulent Cupcakes, and Buttercream Cupcake Bouquet. All classes are suitable for ages 16 and above.

Gluten-free cupcake options are not available for the Buttercream Basics classes (both Malaga and Jandakot locations) or the Buttercream Flower Cupcakes class. Standard cupcake options are provided for all classes.

Depending on the class, you will learn: piping dots, lines, stars, leaves, shell borders, buttercream swirls, rosettes, and piped roses. Flower-focused classes teach how to use specific piping tips for flower petals and how to vary buttercream consistency for different petal effects. The Succulent Cupcakes class covers multi-coloured buttercream techniques for succulent effects.

Yes. In Buttercream Basics classes, students are able to take their finished cupcakes home. This applies to both the Malaga and Jandakot locations.

Buttercream Basics classes teach how to fill and hold a piping bag, how to colour buttercream, and how to practice piping designs on template sheets before applying techniques to cupcakes. This foundational approach is designed for students unfamiliar with buttercream piping.

All classes are suitable for ages 16 and above. There are no separate age categories or younger student options available in the current class offerings.
