Yes. Intermediate classes include Palette Knife Buttercream Cake (16+) and Buttercream Flower Cupcakes (16+) in both Underwood and Morayfield locations. The Palette Knife class teaches cake stacking, leveling, smooth finishes, tonal buttercream effects, layered floral textures, and piped florals with placement composition. The Flower Cupcakes class focuses on piping buttercream petals to create various blooms using specific piping tips.

The Vintage Heart Cake class (16+) teaches Lambeth style vintage piping on a buttercream cake. You will learn how to carve a heart shape from a round cake and smooth an organic shape. The finished cake is taken home. This class is available in Morayfield, QLD.

Yes. The Christmas Cupcake Class (16+) available in both Underwood and Morayfield teaches fondant rolling and cutting to cover cupcakes, fondant decoration application, and fine detail techniques. Additionally, the Buttercream & Figurine Modelling Beginner class offers a two-part session combining fondant figurine modelling (such as creating bunny heads) in the morning, followed by buttercream cake decoration after lunch.
