We learned the essentials for making consistently good tasting cups through adjusting grinds, doses, yields and time. David went through these very thoroughly and clearly making it very easy to understand when you get your hands on the machine. I had a great time and learned a lot about the basics and feel like I have a solid foundation to build on by finding a job in a cafe.
The course was great. David was thorough and informative. Attention to detail and a small class made it all the more special. Certainly abuzz at the end of the course, not only from all that coffee drinking. Highly recommended
David was great. The most informative and fun learning I've done in years. I went out a brought a brand new coffee machine right after the course as I was so exited to smash out some lattes.
