An hour and a half of Painting & Drawing every Saturday morning!:
- learn to draw from observation & the imagination
- learn how to use different drawing materials such as soft pastel, charcoal and pencils
- explore watercolour techniques
- practise using acrylics to create finished artworks
- be inspired and choose your own creative path
- have fun with creativity in a nurturing environment
- for 5-12 year olds
Our Family Art Studio is a process-based, child-centred studio - we value the process of art-making over product and the individual journeys our students take to get there.

Little Ginger Studio is a Children’s Art Space focused on exploring big, messy creativity with kids of all ages - come and see what we're making!
We offer process art classes for littlies as well as drop off preschool art classes. For Primary we have exciting after school classes, full day care on the school holidays & birthday parties. We also run after school programs at Randwick PS.
At Little Ginger Studio we love nothing better than exploring new materials, turning recyclables into Art & making a bit of a mess along the way.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a credit note.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 14 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
PLEASE CHECK THE BOOKING DATE CAREFULLY AS WE CANNOT REFUND / ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU TURN UP ON THE INCORRECT DAY
In case of class cancellation due to COVID-19 (Corona Virus) outbreaks, public health orders or shutdowns, credit notes will be issued. In the unlikely event that LGS cancels a class due to other circumstances, credit notes will be issued.
Make up classes or credit notes are not offered for missed classes if an attendee needs to self-isolate.
Credit notes may be used towards any programs within 3 years of issue. Credit notes for term classes are only offered when cancelling before the commencement of term. Refunds, credits or make-up classes for missed classes are not offered. Missed activities (eg clay) will not be repeated because of a missed class. Credit notes for School Holiday programs are not offered if cancelling because you change your mind or your child is ill. Credit notes cannot be used towards party packages. Credit notes for school holiday programs are only offered if you cancel more than 14 days prior. Transfers are allowed up to 7 days prior.
LGS accepts no responsibility for after school classes missed because after care services (OOSH) were not notified via the proper channels. After care services cannot release your child to art class without specific parent permission.
Missed Preschool classes will not be refunded, including Art Playgroup. Make up classes or credit notes for missed preschool or playgroup classes are not offered.
