Gin. From Grain to Glass.
Learn about our distillation process including both vapour infusion and maceration, the effort and lengths we go to to craft and distill our own base spirit from grain, a brief history of gin and genever, the botanicals used in our distillation and the flavour combinations of our gins which are all inspired by the characters who once lived in and around our little red brick Heritage Listed cottage-turned distillery - including the very room where our copper still resides. Sample taste our 4 x gins, and end with a delicious cocktail of your choice.

Once the slums and red-light district of nineteenth century Melbourne, Little Lon was often associated with sly grog trading, petty crime and prostitution. With the laneways, once lined with modest timber and brick cottages, shops and small factories playing home to a motley population of early Melbournians.
Little Lon Distilling Co. acknowledges this rich history with a range of characterful gins that commemorate the delightful deviates that once lurked these lurid lanes. It’s our double-distilled tribute to a hood once alive with bordellos, dance halls, bohemians, opium dens, and gangsters whose history is fast receding into the mists of time. It’s our way of keeping Little Lon’s spirit alive.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Little Lon Distilling Co. or organised by Little Lon Distilling Co. must agree to these terms and conditions.

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Little Lon Distilling Co..
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Little Lon Distilling Co. unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Little Lon Distilling Co. classes and events or on Little Lon Distilling Co.'s premises. (For use of Little Lon Distilling Co. marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS

4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.

What a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. Gin tasting and a bit of local history. Totally enjoyed it. Stayed after for a cocktail and to soak in the atmosphere whilst purchasing a couple of bottles for home

What a wonderful experience. Linden was fantastic and gave us a lovely ☺️ Intro to the gin making process as well as the history of the distillery. The gin was awesome and I could not recommend the gin tasting session anymore strongly.
