Professional Barista Coaching
Description
These Specialised Professional Development sessions are aimed at the professional barista who is wanting to rapidly improve their understanding and skills of high end coffee making and coffee service.
These sessions are facilitated in a 1 on 1 environment, with goals and content finalised by the attendee and their Barista Coach prior to session commencement.
The direction of your Professional Development Session is dictated by you, and could include advanced coffee preparation, customer service and relations, improving your coffee bar workflow & coffee menu, frozen coffee protocol, leadership skills, how to prepare coffee competitions.and much more.
Our goal is that you gain not only new skills that you can immediately apply to progress in your coffee career, but with an understanding of your own unique qualities that will help you to succeed and stand out.
Due to the custom nature of these sessions, Coaching Session cost and session length are fluid, and will be communicated transparently prior to the booking of your session. Sessions will take place at our Training Centre in Marrickville, with our Barista Coach , Alex Murfet.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$7.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Terms & Conditions
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours' prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee.
If you wish to transfer to another course or cancel your booking, you must contact the ONA Sydney Team via email hello@onacoffeesydney.com more than 48 hours' prior to course commencement, for a course refund (please note you will forfeit the $7 booking fee!!)
