FIRSTLY THE 'CLASS' ONLY RAN HALF OF THE PUBLISHED TIME IE 1 HOUR INSTEAD OF 2 HOURS THE GLASSES USED FOR TASTING HIGHLIGHTED THAT THEY NEED TO BE OF THE BEST GEOMETRY TO MAXIMISE THE BOUQUET. MANY OTHER FACTORS ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO THE BEST EXPERIENCE. THE GUIDE WAS GOOD IN HIGHLIGHTING THE FEATURES OF RIEDEL STEMWARE.

Very interesting to appreciate the difference the right glass makes. Mixing choc + wine a highlight. Class was shorter than expected. Perhaps could have a better balance of tasting (more) premium wines, discussing food pairing + being sold on the merits of Riedel glassware, which felt like the primary objective of the class.

Interesting well presented, good fun too. It was pitched at a good level, the presenter did not assume knowledge and explained things well, while avoiding the trap of 'dumbing down' the session
