Meet star Tasmanian winemaker Samantha Connew at iconic restaurant - Ocha

Join Sam and Phil as we talk and taste our way through the New Zealand-born’s experiences in the industry that led her to her own Tasmanian vineyard to make Stargazer wines. You’ll find out her inspiration whilst learning the about the effects of the ever-changing vintages.

You’ll have the opportunity to try the some rare back-vintage gems among other super-premium wines whilst paired with Ocha’s modern, premium menu that showcases local and international produce.

4. Public transport is best way to get to events/courses and if driving we request that all participants park on High Street (where there are no parking restrictions after 6.30pm).


5. Gift certificate/bookings valid within 36 months of purchase. Certificates/bookings are not redeemable for cash or wine, nor refundable.

A great night with fabulous fabulous food and interesting wines. The only problem was hearing the speakers, especially (and most importantly) Sam from Stargazer. Given the background noise in the other part of the restaurant, microphones should have been deployed.
