Description

This class  will be a great introduction on how to make your own wine  at home (or commercially)

We will give you insight of where to start from sourcing grapes, how to process them into juice and then wine.

We will discuss  the importance of maturation and all the options and methods before bottling.

Some grapes will be crushed during the  session for juice testing purposes, so you have to measure and balance your starting sugars and acids in order to craft a great wine.

There will be a Q&A part with the instructor about making wine from other fruit, turning still wine to sparkling, etc..

This is a great opportunity to gain confidence and start your our own ferment in the weeks ahead as grapes come available.
