About Junior Basketball Academy
The Junior Basketball Academy (JBA) was created by Richie Garard, a passionate youth basketball coach and personal trainer. It is designed to make a positive difference in the community by changing kids' lives through basketball.At JBA, kids learn more than just skills and drills. Our focus is on helping each player succeed and grow, both on and off the court. It is shaped in the belief that kids excel when they have fun.

Terms and Conditions
I do hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that may have or hereinafter occur to me against the director and staff of Junior Basketball Academy camp. I confirm that my child’s health meets medical standards to participate in a basketball camp. I understand that basketball is a sport, and injuries may occur. I further understand that, neither the camp director nor any staff of Junior Basketball Academy Camp shall be held responsible for any medical injuries that may result from participation in the Junior Basketball Academy camp. I give permission for my son/daughter to participate in the Junior Basketball Academy camp, and I give the director and the staff of Junior Basketball Academy camp my permission to act on my behalf in arranging for emergency medical attention to the above mentioned camper from a licensed physician or hospital if necessary.
There are no date changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the camp booking.Please check the dates that you have made your booking are correct and you can attend the camp. We do not process refunds, only credits. We can move dates (subject to availability) with written notice at least 24 hours prior to the camp or provide a credit for a future camp in the next 12 months.
In the event that a camp is cancelled, all payments will be held as a full credit to be used towards any camps, classes or private coaching in the next 12 months. No credits will be backdated and we must be notified in advance and in writing at info@juniorbasketballacademy.com.au
Our Services are designed to offer a fun and safe experience for all participants. We believe in the importance of good sportsmanship and respect for other participants, coaches, equipment, the venue and their staff. We do not tolerate bullying, bad language/swearing, fighting or overly rough play. I agree that JBA reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the camp or skills class without refund if fairly warranted in the best interests of the experience of the other participants.
I have read and agree to the JBA Terms and Conditions including the sections regarding eligibility, behaviour, pick up times, refunds and cancellations.
