School Holiday Mosaic Making Adult and Child Class
Suitable for ages 6+
Come spend some quality, mindful time together making your own mosaic. Each child and adult will be able to choose their own mosaic base from a range of templates, or work together on a larger project. Using glass tiles, buttons and tile shapes you will then create unique pattern and colour combinations to complete your masterpiece. Some cutting, shaping and breaking of tiles will be required, all safety equipment and tools supplied.
Due to the nature of the activity and to ensure safety, accompanying adult supervision is required. If the accompanying adult would prefer not to make their own mosaic, you may book your child in using the additional child ticket option.
What you will learn
- Attendees will learn the basics of making a mosaic and craft their own mosaic from glass tiles. Students will learn basic cutting and shaping techniques, gluing and grouting.
What you will get
- All students will go home with an artwork and materials to complete them at home.

- Snack, Drink Bottle. Closed toe shoes.

Qualifications
All classes taught by qualified VIT Registered Art Teacher with WWCC.
We paint, weave, potter, mosaic and explore ideas together. Encouraging our students to discover art amongst the spaces of life. We aim for all participants to leave our classes with a sense of accomplishment and joy in their new skills.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
If you can't attend the class:
Like Minds Studio's refund policy is moderate.
- Refunds: You may claim a refund, if you cancel up to 2 days before class starts. A AU$10.00 fee applies.
- Transfers: If you cancel up to 2 days before the start date of the original class, you may transfer to a different class date or another class altogether from the same vendor. A AU$10.00 fee applies.
- Credit Notes: You may cancel up to 2 days before class starts and receive a credit note. A AU$10.00 fee applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Like Minds Studio or organised by Like Minds Studio must agree to these terms and conditions.

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Like Minds Studio
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Like Minds Studio unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Like Minds Studio classes and events or on Like Minds Studio premises. (For use of Like Minds Studios marketing materials).
