We had a fantastic morning at our Edible Gardening class. It was great to find out the basics to setting up our veggie garden the right way from the start. We went through planting, checking soil quality and pH, harvesting, watering. Some good information for novices like us. The instructor was easy going, friendly and informative.

This was a great course, in a lovely city garden, with a coffee (or a beer) in hand. Hands on experience planting out a plot together was fun and not pressured. The presenter was knowledgeable and really helpful. I learned what I needed to get a balcony garden started in containers - and we took some produce home.
