Description

Yin yoga is a slow - moving grounded practise, where we hold each posture for 2-3 minutes. 

It is an extraordinary practise focusing on the mind and the body. The benefits from holding a posture for this long is that it targets not just the muscles but the connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. It also brings calmness to this fast - paced culture we live in. 

I will guide you through this tranquil class, offering modifications or deeper stretches for each posture for those who wish, and helping everyone to gain a sense of stillness and of the present.

I love my weekly Yin Yoga and cant imagine life without it now! Emily is a fantastic teacher, and a joy to learn from, she explains everything beautifully and brings a weekly dose of sunshine and positivity that cant help but rub off on you! For anyone on the fence about taking this class I urge you to book a session - you wont regret it!

Emily does the best yin yoga class. I look forward to doing yin every week. As a hairdresser and being on my feet all day, my body gets really tired and stiff. Yin helps me stretch and gets my movement back to normal. Emily explains all movements and benefits of yin yoga. I would recommend this to anyone and any age group 😊

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

OR

You may cancel anytime before class starts and claim a full refund or transfer or credit note.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Moksha Movement or organised by Moksha Movement must agree to these terms and conditions.

3.) REFUNDS

Moksha Movement 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.

4.) CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a class is cancelled by Moksha Movement  students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
