About your Mentor:
Sheena began her career as a professional dancer at the young age of 11 after gaining a scholarship to train full-time with The Royal Ballet, London. On completion of her training, Sheena worked as a ballerina, performing and choreographing for dance companies such as The English National Ballet, The Australian Ballet, The Royal Ballet, and Netherlands Dance Theatre.
While working as a ballerina, Sheena’s choreographic works were performed at venues such as The Royal Opera House, The National Theatre, and The Royal Albert Hall, which are all based in London. Audiences included Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Prince of Monaco. While performing, Sheena developed 'Dance in Education' programs for underprivileged schools and youth groups, which were delivered by dance companies across Europe.
Following her career as a dancer, Sheena managed a West End theatre. This role saw Sheena overseeing day-to-day operations while working with and managing FOH staff, technical crews, production companies, and cast members. It was during this time that Sheena also began to utilise her interest in visual art as she designed sets for live performances while maintaining her work as a freelance Choreographer and gaining a BA degree in Journalism and Creative Writing.
Following a long period in theatre, Sheena embarked on a career as a Sound Engineer, which saw her working with bands and radio stations in the UK and Australia. Organising and working alongside production companies, Sheena delivered live music-based events such as concerts and festivals. Sheena also worked for community radio stations across the UK and Australia to create nationwide advertising campaigns and podcasts.
Sheena is currently the Director of Rebel Stepz Arts, which is a creative organisation with plenty to offer! Founding this collective sees Sheena collaborating with creatives to produce & deliver educational arts programs to community organisations such as schools, youth groups, and community centres. Sheena develops creative events, performances, and workshops for all ages and demographics, making sure the arts are always experienced by as many people as possible and in very innovative ways.
Sheena has grown the business into an international entity, and she currently works with companies such as Google, Disney, Dropbox, Canva, and Twitter, offering team-building experiences and motivational talks to help build staff morale and improve well-being.

Your Teacher

In her ballerina role, Sheena showcased her choreographic works at prestigious London venues, including The Royal Opera House, The National Theatre, and The Royal Albert Hall. Notable audience members included Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Prince of Monaco. Simultaneously, Sheena pioneered "Dance in Education" programs for underprivileged schools and youth groups, collaborating with dance companies across Europe.
Transitioning from her dance career, Sheena took charge as a manager at a West End theatre. In this position, she supervised day-to-day operations, collaborated with front-of-house staff, technical crews, production companies, and cast members. Concurrently, Sheena explored her passion for visual art by designing sets for live performances. She also pursued a BA degree in Journalism and Creative Writing while continuing her work as a freelance choreographer.
Subsequently, Sheena delved into the realm of Sound Engineering, collaborating with bands and radio stations in the UK and Australia. Organizing live music events such as concerts and festivals, she also contributed to community radio stations, developing nationwide advertising campaigns and podcasts.
Currently serving as the Director of Rebel Stepz Arts, Sheena founded this creative organization to collaborate with artists in producing and delivering educational arts programs for community organizations, including schools, youth groups, and community centers. Sheena orchestrates creative events, performances, and workshops for diverse age groups, ensuring that the arts are accessible to as many people as possible in innovative ways.
Under Sheena's leadership, Rebel Stepz Arts has evolved into an international entity, engaging with prominent companies such as Google, Disney, Dropbox, Canva, and Twitter. Sheena offers team-building experiences and motivational talks to enhance staff morale and well-being.

WAIVER: On agreeing to attend any Rebel Stepz® event, & the reading of this document, you waive & release Rebel Stepz® from any & all claims, without limitation, for damage, loss, expense, costs or compensation whether for personal, student or visitor injury, property damage, losses &/or death that may arise from your/ student participation in any class. You accept & agree that you/students will abide by all safety instructions & recommendations, whether oral or in writing & hereby release Rebel Stepz® & its servants, representatives, contractors, agents & employees from all liability & responsibility for any injury, property damage, losses &/or death that may occur during the class/event within &/or outside the class premises.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: You shall make no attempt to approach Rebel Stepz staff for any reason other that inquiring about other classes/events on the Rebel Stepz premises. Further inquiries should be directed to Sheena Chundee, Rebel Stepz Director. Clients must not approach any Rebel Stepz team member in a personal capacity.
Class plans devised by instructors & Rebel Stepz must not be replicated by own personal business/company.
Rebel Stepz® advises that there is a“No Phone” policy during classes. Rebel Sepz alone shall have the right to produce photographs, images &/or video clips (“images”) taken by Rebel Stepz® during class(es) which shall remain the sole property of Rebel Stepz® & such images maybe used by Rebel Stepz® for promotional services provided. Rebel Stepz® confirms that no names will accompany any images taken during class(es) unless agreed by the guest/client. Guests may request that they are not photographed or filmed during events/workshops but this must be made clear to patrons before the workshop/event.
Defamatory comments about Rebel Stepz & all its patrons is strictly forbidden.
If images and information is by approved for sharing by Rebel Stepz, they must include the Rebel Stepz name & be linked, where applicable to www.rebelstepzarts.com, our Instagram, and/or our Facebook Page/ Social Media accounts.
All guests/clients are bound to a confidentiality condition imposed by Rebel Stepz®. Guests are advised not to replicate events, workshops, sessions, routines, exercises, performances or classes organised by Rebel Stepz® for their own or anyone else’s personal gain. No information concerning Rebel Stepz® must be passed on. This includes event management, ideas/plans, choreography, contacts, merchandise, designs.
PAYMENT: All ticket sales or invoices must be cleared in full. Late payment fees apply. Failure to do so will result in exemption from the class/event & immediate legal action.
By reading this document & attending classes/events of Rebel Stepz®, you the client will abide by all the above terms & conditions. Breaching of this contract, by you, the client, will result in immediate legal action. Please be aware that this contract is an on-going legal document & is active after & during your time with Rebel Stepz.
