From 8 year old: feeding the turtles and patting the dingo was amazing. I enjoyed interacting with the stick insect, hermit crab and python. It was one of the best days of my life.

I purchased the be a zoo keeper for a day experience for my 11 yr old reptile loving daughter and it was the absolute best experience. She was able to get hands on with the animals, learn about there habitats and diet. She came home with so much knowledge and exhausted lol. The staff were FANTASTIC with the kids and there families, ensureing photo opportunities on Pick up. They definitely went above and beyond, we will definitely be again.

A very personal tour. Jarryd, was very patience with the kids answer every big and small question the kids have. Took a lot of effort to make sure everyone of us are involved even the adults.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

  • A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.

We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Reptile Encounters or organised by Reptile Encounters must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Reptile Encounters

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Reptile Encounters unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Reptile Encounters classes and events or on Reptile Encounters premises for use in Reptile Encounters marketing materials. Parents and guests are welcome to take photos of their own children during our Zookeeper for a Day experiences and other events, however, we value the safety and well-being of all visitors, especially children, at our premises so we request adherence to child safety and privacy guidelines and ask that you do not post or distribute images without explicit consent from all people in these images.
