The Cheese Makers will demonstrate how to make your own ricotta, mozzarella and mascarpone and with the step-by-step instructions you will take home with you, you will be quickly and easily repeat the process at home.
You’ll be surprised how simple and cost effective it is to make these homemade delights. You’ll discover how simply you can make homemade ricotta for your sweet and savoury creations and taste your way through endless variations from hot fresh ricotta to pot set and baked. Then it is on to learn about crafting your own delicious mozzarella and transforming milk into silky smooth, creamy, and stretchy goodness. Finishing off with the easiest, stunning soft and luscious mascarpone!
All participants receive easy to follow instructions and will be able to purchase equipment and cultues to take home and start making delicious ricotta, mozzarella and mascarpone right away.

The Cheese Maker runs classes in home cheese making. No previous experience is required and, if doing multiple courses, can be done in any order. We also run corporate events and are a supplier of cheese making cultures and equipment.
