This isn’t an easy skill to master. However, the course provides a step by step approach with lots of practice so that even badly ingrained bad habits can be remodelled. I came away feeling as though I had made a fair bit of progress. Hats off to the patience and careful attentiveness of the teacher, Xiomera. I would highly recommend this course.
