This workshop is about learning to navigate the changes of life. Nelsa has extensive experience with mentoring and facilitation of diverse groups and has a fervent desire to support people from all backgrounds and show them how to release their untapped hidden talents to help them soar.
In this workshop, Nelsa is going to share her journey on her 32 year marriage ending and the feelings of devastation and despair that went with that and how she is teaching other people how to pick yourself up and carry on and be happier than you ever thought was possible. In this talk you will learn: how to identify when you or someone you love is not coping (even though they look great) and what steps to take to get your life back on track; how to look after yourself when you have teenagers; how to see the opportunities in the difficult transitions.
