How to Art Journal

Incorporate art into your daily journaling

Description

What a THRILL to be in invited to The Finders Keepers market as part of their workshop offerings on Friday 7th through to Sunday 9th July at the Royal Exhibition Building.  Boy, do we have a line up!

It is with IMMENSE joy that we can report art journalling is now considered an alternative to talk therapy.  Pinterest 2023 trends report "Gen Z and Millennials are driving this trend, seeking new, creative ways to work on themselves” and that art journal therapy is up by a whopping 3755%.  And we could not be happier…

TWW will be guiding you through the how to’s of art journaling, the benefits of art journalling and how it can improve mental health on the daily. Effective exercises and how 'art dates’ can help to unleash the creative within.

Flick through to our other workshops and book into DIY Journal / Notebook and/or Introduction to Journaling with Marion Piper ...
