This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Ready to get strong and fit for circus? This is designed to gain strength specifically for all things circus and gain physical awareness as you do. We aim to have fun. It is still challenge by choice and caters to everyone regardless of current strength.

Whether you want strength to build on skills you already have, if you've had time off or you've never done any strength trainer ever in your life, this class can be fun and useful.

  • Strength building for the whole body with a focus on acrobatic and aerial fitness.
  • This is also a great complimentary course for aerials and any other course.

Here at Vulcana Women’s Circus, we run workshops for adults and kids and teens, and we develop community projects with all kinds of different communities, the focus always being on creativity and empowerment through circus. You can book us for gigs, workshops or hire our space at the Stores Studio, Brisbane Powerhouse.

Vulcana’s circus workshop and performance projects engage a broad range of community participants and work in partnership with arts and community organisations to create opportunities for cultural expression and community development. In a safe, playful space we encourage participants to be themselves with joy and push the boundaries of what is achievable as one or in a group.

Circus Fit - What a fun and exciting class that had me wanting more. This class dip into all parts of circus. Trainers are a lot of fun and passionate so it rubs off onto you quickly. As well as having fun you learn how to streatch warm up and cool down (looking after your body).
