Sick and tired of being sick and tired? Why do we get sick? Because we’re stressed. Why do we aways seem to be tired? Because we’re stressed.
What’s the antidote to stress? R E S T
Come learn how to very simply and effortlessly access deep states of rest (up to 5x that achievable by sleep alone), and begin to feel alive again. 20 minutes meditation is the rest equivalent of 3-4 hours sleep. With the correct instruction and just a few minutes of meditation morning and evening, we can get out of our own way and bring more energy, clarity, intelligence, joy, and a greater level of wellbeing into our lives.
When we launch into life with this approach we can enjoy more nourishing relationships, fulfilling careers, a greater thirst for getting the job done, and more time on our hands for us and our loved ones.
About Grant Lyndon and Silent Source
Grant Lyndon has practised yoga and meditation for over 15 years.
He was introduced to meditation whilst in the throws of a busy career as a performing artist. After trying many different forms of meditation in the search of relief from stress and with limited results, he yearned for more. He fell in love with the very simple approach that he teaches today, diving deep into relaxation without using any force, effort, or control.
It is Grant’s ever increasing thirst for exploring the limitless potential of our mind and body, the knowledge that happiness is our true nature, and a deep desire to serve, that led him to teach meditation to others. Assisting people to get the very best out of themselves and live a life without the bindings of stress.
Grant has taught meditation and is a valued mentor to people from various walks of life from business owners, head chefs, actors, life/wellbeing coaches, personal trainers, corporate executives, CEOs, community workers, school children and more.
