Join Psychologist Lou Robinson as she delves into how you can get more out of your life and unlock creativity.

In this workshop, participants will be briefly introduced to the Top 5 Regrets of the Dying (by Bronnie Ware) and what we might learn from their wisdom to ensure that our own short and precious life is balanced, meaningful and as enjoyable as possible.

An experiential introduction to the following 7 tools for life’s journey will then take place…

ABOUT LOU ROBINSON

Lou is the Founder of Hope Centred Psychology which acknowledges the importance of being centred in our minds and lives as the key to promoting emotional wellbeing and to healing ourselves and our relationships.  Lou is a registered psychologist in full time private practice based at Leichhardt and Beecroft  NSW.  She offers a holistic approach to emotional wellbeing as the key to living your best life– offering a practical blend of professional  psychology (CBT, Solution Focused, ACT & Depth) combined with ancient wisdom techniques; eg mindfulness,  meditation and  journaling.

Lou is passionate about helping others live a more balanced, meaningful, enjoyable and creative life.  It is Lou’s goal in this workshop to introduce you to 7 proven life enhancing tools, that are practical, easy to integrate and which will help assist you to move forward in various areas of your life.

Lou is an experienced psychologist and educator, the  mother of 3 young boys , an award winning Marriage Celebrant,  and a musician/song writer.

Lou believes that good counseling is time effective, hope generating, challenging, affordable and a positive experience. She offers a warm and supportive environment for clients to learn how to live their best life rather than simply passing through it.
