How to Get People to Give a Fuck

Description

Got something you’re uber passionate about but all you can enthuse in other people is a half-hearted meh? It can be anything that really pisses you off: the environment, racism, gender equality, bad manners, lack of quality yoghurt in your local supermarket, we’re here to help you spread the word and inspire others to give a shit.

If this sounds like your thing, join Caro and Vanessa from Be An Unfucker and hear how we’re trying to get the eco apathetic to care more about the environment. This workshop will include a little about the Unfuckers, some good old fashioned venting, ways to better communicate problems and solutions as well as meeting other people who are socially, ethically, environmentally and as into yoghurt as you. If that doesn’t sway you, drinks and swearing will be also involved.

About Caro & Vanessa

Caro and Vanessa run the movement Be An Unfucker. The idea around it is to get the eco apathetic to start giving a bit more of a shit about the planet by simply changing one bad habit at a time.

We’re trying to promote real, long lasting change by showing people a different way of caring and talking about the environment in a manner they can relate to. Sometimes climate change and what we can do about it feels pretty overwhelming, so we try to give practical, bite sized solutions for all areas of life. Oh, and you might not have picked up on it, but we quite like swearing too.
