The Jammery with The Jam Bandits

Description

Preserving fruit and vegetables is as traditional and wholesome activity as one could ask for, not to mention super practical!  For centuries, we’ve  been preserving fresh seasonal produce to be enjoyed through out the leaner months.  We’ll teach you the basics behind making your own jam, marmalade and even chutney, so you can fill your store cupboard with jars of deliciousness to be enjoyed all year round. Watch out grandma, you’re not the only one who can make jam anymore!

We’ll cover all the science, seasonal and nutritional information behind making perfect preserves and have a bit of fun along the way.

About The Jam Bandits

The Jam Bandits are a small Sydney based preserving company making small batch, seasonally inspired jam, chutney and marmalade. Born out of a desire to offer the public locally produced and carefully crafted preserves all year round, The Jam Bandits now supply cafes and shops around Australia with their unique range of products.
