We all have such busy lives with study, work and having fun with friends and family but… we really need to make our own health and wellness a priority too! How do we find the time? Well, one little life hack is preparing healthy and nutritious snacks in advance – like these delicious little Paleo balls!

Gluten free, dairy free and grain free, but not taste free! These yummy little balls are full of nutrients to keep you going throughout your busy day. And yes, you can buy them pre-made, but it’s so much cooler, and cheaper, to make them yourself! And that way you know exactly what’s gone in to them too.

This class will take you through 3 different Paleo ball recipes, discuss the benefits of various different ingredients and give you the knowledge to go ahead and make up your own recipes!

The mainly organic ingredients are supplied by The Source Glebe, a bulk wholefoods store based in Glebe, who specialise in Australian and organic dry goods, cooking oils, health foods, etc. They strongly believe in reducing packaging and waste, which is why they encourage their customers to bring their jars and containers in to store to reuse! The bulk buy concept also means you only need to buy as much or as little as you need.

Kirstie is passionate about good food and good health and is the blogger behind www.thenutritionista.com.
