This workshop will teach you how to develop your own style of recipes writing and development. Sarah will be teaching you the correct way to lay a recipe out, working on your own “style” and also explain how she gets the texture and flavour profile right.
Of course, a demonstration will be provided where you can taste and be the judge.
Hi I’m Sarah Glover, i am a qualified chef and pastry chef, i have been cooking for over 16 years professionally, I have run my own successful wholesale business, including a shop front, in Sydney called “Bondi Bikkies” I have done consultation work for a number of cafes and restaurant doing recipe development etc, in Australia and NYC.
