Have you ever suffered from a broken heart?
Heal-a-Heartbreak is a unique exploration of the physical, chemical, spiritual and philosophical understandings of love and intimacy, utilising Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaching techniques.
Love is a wonderful emotion, a fascinating concept, and a driver of relationships, identity and meaning, which is why heartbreak can take such a toll mentally, physically and emotionally and have a ripple effect to other areas of life.
This session is designed to shortcut the suffering of heartbreak with content, tools and strategies for anyone who has ever loved and lost.
