There are so many great things happening in the embroidery world these days. Gone are the old-fashioned needlepoint projects of yesteryear, replaced with a new crop of fantastic modern stitchery.
In this workshop you will learn how to make your very own super crafty hand embroidered hoop. Create a unique design or quote to stitch, and take home. These skills will also come in handy for patching up a rip or making an old shirt look awesome!
Choose from a colourful array of fabrics and cottons – to create a personalised design of your choice, and mount it on your wall and be the envy of all your friends!
ABOUT HARLEY BARNES ROOS
Hi everyone! I’m Harley from Harley & Händen. I started sewing when I was 5 and was taught the basics by my Ma and mum, I then went and taught myself other stitches and how to make things such as bags and pencil cases. Since then I have never lost my passion (or been embarrassed) for sewing.
I think that my biggest accomplishment to date would be featuring on the Etsy weekly newsletter which gets seen by heaps and heaps of people! Also I did a RAW showcase in July which gave me a lot of exposure and experience.
