Description

The ‘Intro to Mindfulness’ workshop will help participants develop the necessary skills to understand and integrate the practice of mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives.

The workshop explores the benefits mindfulness and meditation through the use of simple, effective and practical techniques.

The class will cover areas including:

  • Body Scanning
  • Mindful Eating exercises
  • Mindfully resetting exercise
  • How to meditate
  • Q & A

About Paul Jozsef

Paul Jozsef is the director of the Mindfulness Space. He is a qualified mindfulness coach with over a decade of experience practising mindfulness meditation. He has published numerous articles on mindfulness and its application to psychology.

Paul brings the benefits of mindfulness to people wishing to improve their general wellbeing and personal communication skills. During his workshops, Paul guides individuals to achieve personal insights that assist them to cope with stress, focus and navigate change.

 Paul holds a degree in philosophy and is currently writing his Master’s thesis on the role of mindfulness in psychotherapy.

The workshop host was clear and easy to follow. It was my first meditation class and felt it was a good intro to the habit. What I took away from the class was to be mindful in every day life - at the lights, or sitting on the train. It's a good way to keep things in check.
