The workshop host was clear and easy to follow. It was my first meditation class and felt it was a good intro to the habit. What I took away from the class was to be mindful in every day life - at the lights, or sitting on the train. It's a good way to keep things in check.

Great class I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the easy guidance through the meditations and thought the tips and tricks for every day life were very relevant.
