In this 1.5 hour Intro to Mindfulness you’ll learn about why it’s so important to live your life now as opposed to being caught up in your thinking, which is how most of us live our lives day-by-day. We accept stress and negative emotions as a normal part of life not realising that we have the power to change. We can live and think differently. It is not about changing what you are doing it is about changing HOW you do what you do. In this workshop you will learn about how mindfulness can help you create a more positive emotional state & mindset.
The workshop will consist of guided relaxation, meditation techniques, activities and discussions so that you will leave feeling rested, restored empowered and inspired to live your best life NOW.

ABOUT ALANNA BLUNDO
Alanna is a qualified mindfulness, meditation & yoga teacher. Her journey began in 2012 when she found herself suffering with anxiety and depression in her early 20’s. Through the practices of mindfulness & yoga she was able to turn her situation around and change her entire life. Through her work as a teacher, speaker, workshop facilitator and writer, Alanna’s passion is to inspire, educate and empower others by sharing the tools that have personally helped her transform the way she thinks and lives daily. She wants other people to know that it is within their power to live a positive life regardless of the demands and challenges of every day life.
