Join us for an evening of Smith & Daughters behind the scenes biz talk AND, for first time ever, cooking demo!

Mo Wyse & Shannon Martinez, the two gals behind the all vegan restaurant Smith & Daughters, vegan deli: Smith & Deli and now Smith & Daughters: A COOKBOOK (that happens to be vegan)will spend next Wednesday evening sharing their history, how to make things happen, how to make vegan food delicious and exciting, and simultaneously demo a recipe from their cookbook! Sangria will be on offer along with a little nibble of the demo-ed dish. Come along to hear a little bit about us, watch Shannon in action, cooking up a bit of deliciousness, and eating said deliciousness.

Work-Shop was a real find. 4 hour parking outstide if you can find a spot but this was not hard. The girls from Smith and Daughters were amazing. Nice food and a drink included. Great price for the eveing. Really informative. Great staff from Work-Shop.

I attended this class with my daughter (Steph) because she invited me and she has the cookbook which we have both cooked from. I consider myself an excellent cook, but no where near the calibre of this outstanding chef! Not only was the food delicious, fresh and exciting but so intriguing in its composition. If there is another workshop I will be there and I wish these lovely ladies all the very best in all their endeavours. Frances

I was so happy I came along! Mo & Shannon were so passionate, knowledgable & interesting. It was 2 hours of conversation & demonstration. The sangria, Paella and chocolate pate were a nice lil bonus too! 10/10, top notch stuff
