Seda Star's Gypsy Belly Aerobics is a mix of modern and traditional Turkish belly-dancing techniques. 

You will learn isolation of the upper body and lower body, and focus on soft hands and snake movements. Belly dancing is also about your breathing and posture, and during this class you will bring elegancy while also feeling super sexy.

About Seda Star:

Seda Star is the 4th generation dancer in her family, and belly dancing is her passion and specialty. Seda ia a free stlye dancer, and has created a 'Seda Dance' which is free style of movements.As well as a teacher, she is also an author of 'I Am Seda. I Am the Dance!' Book, healer, life coach and also creator of 'I Am the Empowerment' Programs with Affirmation Movements and Empowerment Energy cleansing. Her Aerobics Belly-dancing used to be on the Channel 10 Aerobics Ozstyle, and she has worked aorund the world with celebrities on on dancing TV shows.
