Description

Learn about the fun and interactive cyanotype process and make your own white and indigo prints!

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process dates back to the early 1800s. Engineers used the process as a simple and low-cost process to produce copies of drawings, referred to as blueprints!

Attendees can explore a range of different materials to create their own unique photogram prints on light sensitive paper. Play with an interesting collection of shapes, botanical specimens, lace, paper cut outs and other common household objects. You are welcome to bring your own items to create prints with as well! Attendees will leave with a collection of their own prints beautiful enough to frame.
