Description

Empath. A person who is capable of feeling the emotions of others despite the fact that they themselves are not going through the same situation.

Head on a journey in this Yoga and Art session to find your inner Empath. Through 75 mins of rhythmic Yin Yang yoga movements you will balance your energy and awaken your creative self. After enjoying refreshments, you will make your own unique art piece while listening to live music.

This is great fun in groups, pairs or just for you!

The session will include:

- 75 minute Yin Yang Yoga - Practice and instruction on painting to music - Musician to play live music while students paint their interpretation of the sound. - Light refreshments and fresh Chai Tea.

In the Yin Yang Yoga class we connect breath and movement to build heat in the body. Then head to the floor for seated Yin poses using props to really open up our bodies to channel your inner Empath. The focus is on sensitivity and self awareness.

You will leave this class feeling relaxed with a new ability to paint what you hear. Whether that be in your own home or out and about!
