Creative Percussion and Body Percussion Team Building Workshop
ONLINE: Create rhythms with everyday items and get your body moving!
Inspire your team with our covid-safe team building sessions, connecting staff remotely through the power of the drum. Share your organisation's ethos and objectives with us and we'll design a customised experience specifically for your team.
Chose to include either Creative Percussion or Body Percussion in your Virtual Team Building session, or have a combination of both!
Creative Percussion: Get creative with this fun-filled session! Your team will experiment with different items from around the house to create rhythms and music. This virtual session will give staff a new perspective and a sense of exploration and innovation.
Body Percussion: Feel the rhythm from head to toe in this invigorating sessions, designed to teach teams to use their bodies as instruments. This fun, virtual activity is great for getting teams in tune with the rhythm of their own body, while promoting coordination and dexterity.
Key skills in practice:
Team work, communication and playfulness are integral to the effectiveness of any organisation, and working remotely can often make it harder for teams to practice these. Our team building sessions bring individuals together, developing and fostering cooperation, mindfulness and rapport.

With an international network of drummers and dancers, our team includes performers and drum makers from around West Africa including Mali, Senegal, Guinea and Ghana, and homegrown Aussie talent too.
The rhythm journey is a beautiful and often profound paradox, its depth knows no bounds. It has been our goal to take the drum to as many corners of the world as possible. Once it’s there, the vibration of the rhythm goes to work and magic happens.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
You may cancel anytime before class starts and claim a full refund or transfer or credit note.

Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at African Drumming or organised by African Drumming must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by African Drumming.
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give African Drumming unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at African Drumming classes and events or on African Drumming's premises. (For use of African Drumming marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
African Drumming requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
