Salami Making Master Class Workshop
Due to the current pandemic situation, all the workshops have been suspended for the year.
Thank you for your understanding.
Take care and see you soon!
The Artisan's Bottega team is pleased to offer a great Salami Workshop, a hands-on, intensive and practical approach to this ancient and epicurean tradition. This course will run for up to 3.5 hours, where we will learn the 5 critical steps to make beautiful salami. Learn about fermentation and safely fermenting salami under the correct conditions. Come prepared to hone your knife skills and enjoy the creativity of flavour and then a selection of our own cured meats from this season, with beautifully baked bread, olive oil, cheeses and a glass of wine!
This class is a hands on learning experience. We truly believe that the learning is in the doing. Our goal is for you to walk away with all the necessary training and information you require, so that you will have successful salami making at home.
See you soon!
