Description
The Floral Fantasy Cake Class will teach you the skills to create a beautiful cake in either the Black or White Design shown.
This class is suitable for ages 16+ only
Learning Outcomes
-Learn how to mask a round cake in Chocolate Ganache
-Learn how to apply an edible image to the cake
-Learn how create a Wafer Paper Flower
-Learn how to apply Gold detailing with edible paint and sprinkles
Students will take home their finished Cake along with class notes to be able to reproduce this design again

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

- A refund can be requested 30 days before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 14 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
