Description
Our Berries and Blooms Cake Class will teach you the skills to create a beautiful buttecream cake with fondant decorative elements.
This class is suitable for ages 16+ only
Learning Outcomes
-Learn how to mask a round cake in buttercream
-Learn how to pipe buttercream flowers with a palette knife effect
-Learn how create fondant embellishments from moulds
-Learn how to pipe leaves and stems
Students will take home their finished Cake.
