Hooked- Learn to Crochet for absolute beginners
Description
If you've never crocheted before or it's been a long time and you need a refresher, this hands on workshop is the perfect place to start. You will learn the basic stitches, working both back and forth (and if time permits, in the round) The small class size means plenty of personal attention -no fixed project outcome ensures that you can relax and learn at your own pace.
We'll also share some project ideas to inspire you to continue crocheting.
This workshop is designed for for those who have had little to no experience with a crochet hook and wish to learn the basics of crochet ( perfect for beginners!)
Marianne will walk you through everything step by step, starting with how to hold your hook properly, basic stitches , UK/US terminology as well as discuss yarn and tools.
After finishing this class, you will have the basic skills needed to start a simple crochet project or progress to a more intermediate workshop.
