These hands-on baking classes are designed to introduce people of all ages to the joy of baking artisan bread.

We bake bread filled with nutrition and flavour, working with farmers from the best wheat growing regions in Australia. It’s important to us that bread eaters are getting the very best, so what better way to help consumers make better choices than to teach them what we know?

Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Great course - exactly what I was looking for to progress my bread making skills There were 6 people attending which was a nice number - time for questions and to get one on one help if our technique needed work. Will be back for a pastry course next.
