Elevate your ceramic skills in this comprehensive afternoon workshop led by Renee. 

This session focuses on the Sgraffito technique—the art of carving through surface layers to reveal the clay beneath.

Workshop Highlights:

Design & Composition: Learn to sketch and transfer designs onto greenware.

Surface Application: Explore the use of underglazes and engobes for high-contrast results.

Textural Carving: Gain confidence in carving depth and detail to make your work "pop."

All-Inclusive Package: Sajo is pleased to provide all necessary greenware and specialised materials including a basic sgraffito tool that is yours to take home. Your registration fee also covers professional firing and a final clear gloss glaze to ensure your piece is functional and beautiful.

PLEASE NOTE:

Class will be cancelled if less than 6 people are enrolled (this has never happened) in which case all payments will be refunded. All other deposits and class payments are non - refundable but will be held and transfered to another class of your choice assuming there is a vacancy for a term of 12 months from date of payment. Please also note that this class may not be suitable for children under 12 years of age due to needing to be a certain height to use of the wheel.
