Yes. Our Freestyle Clinics feature live underwater filming and analysis as part of the session. Coaches record participants from multiple angles and provide real-time feedback throughout the clinic. For the Torquay Freestyle Clinic, underwater filming analysis is available as an optional add-on for $99, with detailed stroke analysis sent within 7 days via the Skillest app.

The Sydney and Melbourne Freestyle Clinics are 4 hours in duration, while the Torquay Freestyle Clinic is 2 hours. All clinics are conducted by trained Effortless Swimming coaches who have competed or coached at National or International level and have experience working with swimmers from beginner to elite levels.

Our Soccer Pro Academy programs maintain smaller group sizes of around 10 players with a maximum of 16 participants. This allows coaches to specialize each component of training sessions to suit individual player needs across different age groups (U5 through U16).

Yes. We run School Holiday Footy Camps in multiple locations across Victoria and South Australia including Sydney, Melbourne (Frankston, Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo), Torquay, Warrnambool, Sale, Albury-Wodonga, Traralgon, Mount Gambier, and Shepparton. Many camps include optional kicking technique video analysis with live filming feedback throughout the session.

The Junior Champions League offers mid-week games (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) at high-quality facilities for players in U8, U9, and U13 age groups. Teams compete once a month in best-versus-best matches across South, East, North, West, and Regional zones. This competition is exclusive to Kangaroos level teams only, and the 2026 edition features a new format mirroring Europe's top competition structure.
