We offer soccer programs for children aged 4-16 years. Our youngest program, Future Kicks, starts at ages 4-5 years with 40-minute sessions focused on movement and confidence. Little Pro serves ages 5 and up, while programs like Soccer Pro (U10's), (U12's), (U14's), and (U16's) cater to specific age groups with specialized training. We also run programs for social and competitive players across all age ranges.

Soccer Pro programs run for approximately 10 weeks per term and feature small group sizes of around 10 players with a maximum of 16. Each session is designed to suit individual player needs, covering fundamental areas of the game including technical skills, speed, strength, and fitness. Players progress week by week to develop toward competitive levels. Sessions include drills, station work, individual skill development, and competitive rounds.

Yes. Our School Holiday Programs (offered for U8's and U14's age groups) are run by the Elite teams head coach and include player assessments. Each participant receives a report on their current skill level, speed, and fitness levels. This assessment provides guidance on what development is needed to reach the standards required for our Elite Academy teams.

Students in our Kick-Off and Strike Soccer Programs receive a free soccer ball to keep. These programs run for full terms and focus on fundamentals including running, shooting, dribbling, passing, and learning all positions in soccer. The programs combine individual skill development sessions with group work, drills, station training, and round-robin competition.

Yes. Our One On One program provides specialized training designed specifically for individual players. All players complete a Soccer Pro assessment covering skills and fitness components, which identifies strengths and weaknesses. A customized development program is then created. Sessions can be scheduled at times and locations convenient to the player and run as frequently as required. We also offer a 5-week program where coaches attend the player's individual club matches for additional development support.
