fresh spring rolls from the south served with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, classic

The hands-on cook
along experience are 1.5 hours each with an experienced cook showing your
techniques and answering your questions live.
Menus will cover
2-3 dishes per session.
Menus are designed
using pantry items and average shopping items, plus spices from the spice box.
We ask that you purchase the remaining ingredients in advance for the class
Your recipe and
notes will give you an indication of the equipment required; these are usually
items that you will have on hand in the average home kitchen.

- On the day log into the call to participate in the class. We conduct an online cook along
with participants over a group call
- It’s fun, interactive,
helps you learn new skills and most of all brings together various cultural backgrounds through food.
- No class recordings are provided. If you do not
cancel or reschedule your spot in advance we are unable to offer a recording.

Confirmation will be received at time of bookingA minimum of 4 people per tour is required for the tour to proceed.Vegetarian and vegan option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.If you need any special assistance during the course of the tour please make this known at the time of booking.Fitness level required: easy. It is a walking tour, but the walks are easy and on public roads. You are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes.
The tours offer an opportunity to sample food and eat a meal at a local restaurant, while we have taken reasonable precautions in suggesting these restaurants; we suggest you apply your own discretion to enjoy your meals there.
The tour price includes pre-selected food and drinks. If you would like to order an item off the menu, you may do so at your own cost. Each ticket is entitled to one drink, you are welcome to order additional drink at your own expense.
If you have advised us of any dietary/ allergy requirements we would have informed the restaurants of this at the time of booking however please mention this to your tour host and the wait staff at the restaurants on arrival. We will not be responsible for medical conditions and allergies not advised at the time of booking.
Tours are run on a schedule and will leave according to times stated on itineraries. We are unable to make compensation for late. We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated start point at designated times, no refund is provided for passengers failing to meet our tour at designated times.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Passengers must be able to prove age over 18 years for consumption of alcohol at restaurants.
All fares are in Australian Dollar.

Waiver for Foodie Trailsto be signed by all guests on the tour.

As a participant of the Foodie Trails walking tour and as consideration for being allowed to participate in the Foodie Trails walking tour , I acknowledges, appreciate, understand, and agree to the following:
I understand and agree that Beacon Holidays Pty Ltd T/A Foodie Trails (Foodie Trails) is not responsible for the foods or beverages consumed on this tour.
I understand that Foodie Trails acts solely as agent in arranging tours and transportation and facilitating venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any company, organization or person which on its behalf is engaged in transporting participants, rendering service, or carrying out arrangements for any tour or by the act of default of any restaurant or shop or its employees.
I understand that Foodie Trail tours are run on a schedule and will leave according to times stated on the relevant itineraries. I acknowledge and understand that should I be late to arrive at the designated place for the tour on the designated day, I forfeit my ticket and lose any prior fee paid for participating in the tour. I understand that no refund will be made available to me for failing to meet the tour at the designated time.
I hereby waive all claims of liability against Foodie Trails, its owner(s), employees, and tour guides to the extent permitted by law for any illness/injury to me on this tour and/or loss/damage/theft to my property while I am participating in this tour. As a participant, I understand that I will walk and participate in this walking tour at my own risk and henceforth waive any liability against Foodie Trails, its owner(s), employees, and tour guides to the extent permitted by law.
I agree to grant Foodie Trails a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for their promotional and/or commercial purposes.
Alcohol Waiver: Brewery and/or restaurant visits may involve alcoholic drink tasting before, during, or after the tour. As a participant on a tour that involves consumption of alcohol, I affirm that I am over the legal drinking age of 18. I further accept full responsibility for my behaviour, well being, and health throughout the tour should I choose to consume alcohol during the tour.
The tour may also involve walking through unfamiliar corridors, gangways, stairways and driveways. I knowingly and wilfully accept these risks and take complete and total responsibility for my behaviour, well being and health during the tour. I further agree to hold neither Foodie Trails Tours nor the hosting brewery and/or restaurant or facility liable in any way should any harm come to me during the tour.
I am aware and acknowledge that the tour price includes pre-selected food and drinks. I further acknowledge that should I wish to order an item from the menu, I will do so at my own cost. I understand and acknowledge that each ticket is entitled to one drink and that I will pay for any additional drinks at my own expense.
I have advised Foodie Trails of my dietary/ allergy requirements (if any) to intern let the restaurants know. We recommend that you talk to the staff of the cafes and restaurants before consuming anything. Foodie Trails takes no responsibility for any food reaction that participants may have (and we don’t want you to get sick; we want you to have a great time!). I will not hold Foodie Trails responsible for any medical conditions and/or allergies that occur during the tour.
I further acknowledge and agree to Foodie Trails altering any part of the itinerary for this tour without notice to me.
